About

The Blog

This ‘site was a gift from my dad and my brother’s friend Lucas helped me on with it on a weekly basis at first, but much of what you see these days I did completely by myself. My very first post was on January 24, 2011, but I abandoned this blog around July of 2014, having gotten fed up with all of WordPress, and the maintenance demands.

But as of January 17, 2017, I have re-purposed this blog for my modular model train layout, the Kiwi & LeTourneau Tramway (more below).

The Kiwi & LeTourneau Tramway

The Kiwi & LeTourneau Tramway (K&LT) is a fictional railway, inspired by the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad, also called the “Never Come, Never Go”, and by various real-life and fictional British railways.

This blog will explore the K&LT’s rich fictional history in greater detail than is possible here on the About page.

Thanks for your patience after all this time, and for new comments.
